唐山方管市场价格小幅下跌。早盘唐山方管继续下跌，部分终端逢低补货，方管市场成交有所起色，个别低位反弹10元，截止16点统计唐山23家方管厂家共出货37450吨，较昨上升 41.9%。其中，工字钢7家8000吨，槽钢12家13450吨，角钢4家16000吨。短期来看，期螺尾盘出现上翘，对心态有所提振，尾盘钢坯价格跌10元，跌幅收 窄，方管厂继续持续轮产政策，低库存支撑，有一定挺价意愿，故预计明日唐山方管价格或将趋稳观望。
